What better way to celebrate our town’s fascinating history than a festival! I’m excited to be continuing and evolving our heritage day traditions for the future and can’t wait to see Bodmin come alive with the support of the community. See you there!

Robert, Treasurer

Having recently moved to Bodmin, I am pleased to be able to help out with local events. I am looking to the challenge of helping to keep the Riding and Heritage day alive.

I'm passionate about Bodmin and it's unique place in Cornwall's heart, and I'm delighted to be part of the brilliant Bodmin Riding Festival team. I'm looking forward to bringing this ancient festival back to it's roots as a real celebration of the town and it's people.

Hi I'm new to all these volunteering shenanigans but I am really happy to be getting involved in something so institutional to Bodmin and it's heritage. This year just gone was great for the festival and I know the next one will be even better.

I got involved with the committee following a plea for the Children’s Dance to be reincarnated. I’m now in my 3rd year and the team are all working hard to ensure that the next event is a massive success and that the tradition of the Riding and Heritage weekend continues.

Leigh, Town Council Rep

Growing up in Bodmin I’ve always enjoyed The Heritage Day festivities and have taken so much from it, it’s now my time to give something back and that’s why I’ve joined as the Town Council representative.
