Volunteering takes many shapes and forms - from joining the committee to handing out flyers before the festival, every volunteer is appreciated.  If you have a skill you think would be useful or if you're happy to help in other ways please get in touch.

If you'd like to donate towards the Riding and Heritage festival we'd love to hear from you. You can either donate on the day, or drop us an email to the address at the bottom of this page. Every donation is appreciated no matter how large or small.

It seems obvious, but the best way to show your support is to come along on the day!  Bodmin Riding Festival takes place on the first weekend of July each year. Take a look at the 'This Year' page for announcements about our events and activities.  See you there!

WEAR FLOWERS

​

To honour the oldest part of the festival, the gathering of the flowers to be presented to the ancient deities (these days St Petroc's Church), we're asking everyone to come along to the Saturday festivities wearing flowers - floral shirts, flower garlands and flower crowns, anything you like as long as it's floral!  If you're a business, we're asking you to decorate your shop window or get involved in other ways in the flower power!
